As the largest public organisation in the world, NHS relies on a fast and effective Learning System. Its eLearning platform supports thousands of employees to develop new skills conveniently and learn remotely.
Over two years, I have been involved in multiple medical projects, where my creative approach and design skills boosted the eLearning program. My vision was to develop competent, caring but also humanised modules, full of engaging illustration and motions. While the ‘Safe use of insulin’ module improved an onboarding process for new medical hires, ‘Bullying and Harassment’ assessment increased the compliance awareness among general workforce.
I delivered outstanding virtual teaching content which made eLearning more passionate and fun, and have moved patient care to a safer zone.
